The deadline to submit a bulletin announcement is Wednesday at noon, 11 days prior to the requested Sunday publication date.
The text of the announcement should include: name of ministry or event, date, time, location, a brief description of event, and the name(s), telephone number(s), and email(s) of one to two contacts. NOTE: If up you plan to use a parish meeting room or other parish space, you must reserve the space prior to including the location in your announcement.
Graphics may be emailed separately as .jpg, .pdf, .bmp and .tiff files to the Bulletin Editor. Please reference your bulletin announcement request in the subject line of the email.
We will do our best to include every announcement that we deem appropriate in a timely manner. We reserve the right to edit as needed.
