For administrative and pastoral reasons, the diocese is geographically divided into deaneries. A deanery is a cluster of parishes in relatively close geographic proximity to each other. The Diocese of Raleigh is divided into eight deaneries. Each deanery is headed by a dean.
Holy Infant and the parishes listed here form the Piedmont Deanery. Currently, Rev. Bob Benko, OFM Conv., VF, pastor of Blessed Sacrament Church in Burlington, is Dean of the Piedmont Deanery.
