For registration per monthly HI-life Gathering, please complete the Monthly Registration Form and return it to the Faith Development Office along with the Gathering fee.

Following is a brief overview of the annual registration process. Click here for more information on the registration process.

1. Register online or submit one Annual HI-life Registration Form for each household along with the appropriate registration fee. If the fees cause a hardship for your household, please contact the Parish Bookkeeper to set up a payment schedule or arrange for financial aid, if needed.
2. Everyone in the household is encouraged to participate, including family members of other faith traditions.
3. Indicate the day that you are most likely to attend on the registration form. There is a monthly Gathering reservation process to confirm attendance at a particular Gathering.
4. If not a registered member of Holy Infant parish, those submitting an annual registration are asked to register in the parish as part of the HI-life registration process.
5. Everyone is expected to help with HI-life in some way, so participants are asked to complete a HI-life Stewardship Form.

If applicable:

• All JYM and TYM particpants need to complete a Medical Release Form.
• Follow the special procedures:
  • First Reconciliation preparation
  • First Eucharist preparation
  • Confirmation preparation
